Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most products within 7 to 14 days of delivery (depending on your region), provided the following conditions are met:
  1. Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  2. Product must be in resalable condition
  3. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  4. Return request must be made within the allowed return window

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
  1. Opened or used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products
  2. Products without original packaging or safety seals
  3. Gift cards or promotional items
  4. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  5. Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no extra cost to you.

How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable method (unless stated otherwise)
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement

Refunds

  1. Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  2. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to reflect
  3. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless due to our error

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original and place a new order separately.
