Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most products within 7 to 14 days of delivery (depending on your region), provided the following conditions are met:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Product must be in resalable condition
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Return request must be made within the allowed return window
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products
- Products without original packaging or safety seals
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no extra cost to you.
How to Request a Return

- Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions
- Ship the product back using a trackable method (unless stated otherwise)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to reflect
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless due to our error
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original and place a new order separately.
